How to Get Credentials for Redmine Admin Panel

The Redmine admin panel is essentially the control panel for your entire Redmine website. It's where you set up your Redmine system. Once your Redmine application is created, you can find the credentials for Redmine Admin Panel in Cloud Clusters Control Panel.

1. Create an Redmine Application

Please make sure you have created your Redmine application on our platform.

2. Get credentials for Redmine Admin Area

Go to the Site & SSL page in the Control Panel, you can see the Redmine Admin URL and the credentials for it.

Click the Admin URL, and click the Sign in at the top right corner. Then, input the username and password you just got, followed by clicking Login.

3. Reset password

Click "Reset Password" to reset the admin user password and save it.

Once it finishes, you can log in to your Redmine Admin Panel with the new credentials.
